Vintage show of cupcakes using our vintage gold framed rectangular and round mirrors.
We love the vintage lamp as a cake stand on our drum table. The antique large round mirror on top makes a striking display of the cupcakes on top.
Guest can help themselves by building their own trail mix at this lovely bar. There are even colored M&M's that match the bridesmaids dresses.
Centerpieces.
This was a back drop behind the bride and groom's chair.

We've found a few pics that represent ways to use our rental items. All of the items found here are items we have in stock. Because there are so many endless ways to use different pieces, we thought we'd showcase a few of them here. First up... LADDERS!
TOP: Dessert bar options.  BOTTOM LEFT: Candle lighting for evening outside or inside. BOTTOM RIGHT: Ceremony altar.
We also LOVE our ironing boards! Here are a few ideas on how to incorporate them in to your wedding.

Well this past week was apparently all about furniture....and even more specifically - tables! You never know when that's going to happen but when it does, you just go with it. :) We have some beautiful new pieces that we are incorporating into our rental inventory. We should have a few postings on these because we were only able to work on them just so fast. We look forward to unveiling the rest soon!
LOVE this old 8 x 10 swivel frame.
Great little all purpose brown table.
Antique table with unique top.
White small table with really cute legs.
This gorgeous rattan loveseat has been redone with a special paint treatment and is awaiting the custom cushion.

We loved how she hung our ladders with candlelit masons.

Our dessert stands were beautifully placed by Red Heels Events and decorated by The Cakabakery.

Another shot of the ladders and jars.

This is our large black cupcake stand. It works wonderful to intersperse the cupcakes and cake pops.

Well the weather has finally broke and the warmth is on the way.... I can feel it a little bit already. I have been very busy cleaning, reworking and painting some new finds that were brought in over the winter. I love Spring for that very reason in my world, all the old dusty relics that have been waiting patiently to make their debut are all getting their turn in the sun. :) Here are a few of the items we are working on. No professional pics at this time, but fear not, they are on the way....

Here's what our tree trunk cake stand would look like with a cake on it. Our cake stand is 4" thick and 16" across. This makes it unique in that it can hold those cakes larger than 12-14". Sanded and sealed, with a beautiful rich two tone color.

This is what our new chargers look like and just one idea of how to use them for something other than cake. We think they're gorgeous. Our chargers are 1" thick, sanded and sealed, with a great color. We have 13 identical chargers.

      ~ engaged  1.4.12 ~
Congrats to Matthew & Holly on their engagement. Holly said "yes" to her Maine man on a Friday afternoon just before they both headed back to Canada for another semester. They are currently planning a December wedding in Michigan. The wedding will consist of a beautiful barn set against a breathtaking winter scene of the surround farm in Caledonia, MI. Who knows, maybe with the way the Michigan winter weather has been the last few years, they might just be able to have the ceremony outdoors. Either way, this Christmas nuptial promises to be amazing.
